No goods will be dispatched until full payment is made. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, cheque or direct bank transfer.

POSTAGE

Cool Art Canvas use Australia Post regular mail. If you require express or registered mail then you need to request this. Cool Art Canvas do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items with Australia Post. The only trace we can assist with in the recovery of lost goods is to submit a customer complaint to Australia Post requesting a trace.

RETURNS

Cool Art Canvas accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Postage costs for returned items are the responsibility of the sender, not Cool Art Canvas. Item must be returned in perfect condition in the Cool Art Canvas original posting box. After item is received a full refund will be initiated.
